The Mental Wellbeing team are available to support all students. Please see our Mental Wellbeing intranet pages for information about the range of services offered. This includes a number of Mental Wellbeing Workshops on different themes throughout the Academic Year and a weekly Wellbeing Cafe with a different wellbeing theme each week. You can also find a variety of self-help tips and guides and links to other useful resources on our pages.

Generally speaking, the quickest way to speak to a member of staff is to book a ‘let’s chat’ appointment. These are 30 minutes appointments with a member of the team that are offered on weekdays in term time. To book please book directly through Book Winchester. Appointments are available face to face or via Teams. Please note that these appointments are only available 24 hours in advance, so if you can’t see any available slots, please try again tomorrow or, if you query is urgent, please email us at mentalwellbeing@winchester.ac.uk.

Finally, we would recommend you explore the Togetherall resources. These services offer a variety of self-help and mental fitness tools which you can access free of charge by using your unimail email address to set up an anonymous user profile. These services do not share user information with the University.
