The University of Winchester will be closed for the Christmas break from the end of Friday 20th December until Thursday 2nd January. Report and Support will not be monitored for this period.

Step 1: Opt in to messaging as you submit your report:
Step 2: Once you have submitted your report, you will be given a unique code like this:
Step 3: Make sure you take a note of the code as you will not be able to access it later. You can write it down, ‘copy to clipboard’ or screenshot it, or you can save it to your notepad or email it to yourself so that you can copy and paste it easily.

Step 4: To access messaging immediately, click on the ‘Login’ button next to the code and then enter the code in the box.

Step 5: You will then see the messaging page and also be able to read your report. Please remember to log in and check for our response to your message. We will respond within 3 working days.   
Tip: Consider setting a  reminder on your phone to log in and check for our response.

Step 6: If you wish to access the messaging tool later, go to the homepage reportandsupport.winchester.ac.uk and click the ‘Log in to Messaging‘ button, then follow Steps 4 and 5 above. Please remember to log in and check for our response to your message. We will respond within 3 working days.
